Texans, are you aware that on Mar.1, 2015, we have "Two Steps and One Sticker" for vehicle registration and inspection?

Instead of getting one sticker for licensing and another for inspection you will get one sticker. I wonder how this is going to work? Your vehicle will also have to pass the environmental laws. I wonder how many vehicles won't and will have to go or you have to spend lots of money to get in code. Who can afford a new vehicle right now?
