Is there a cure for OCD yet? If not why?

How can i cure ocd im 13.

  • Im 13 and i just found out i have ocd i have not told my parents cuase im too scared and want this over with. I have odd perverted bieng the key word unwanted thoughts and if i see anything disturbing i cant get it out of my head and have the urge to look it up. Plus i used to watch south park which hasnt helped. I also have the urge to stick up the middle finger at no one for soem reason. Seriosly me and my family are going to disney world this summer in for months and i wouldnt have any fun if i still had ocd then. Id honestly rather be dead then have to live like please ive wasted so many day searching for a cure and im tired of this. I'd rather be dead can someone give me detailed instructions to cure ocd
