Help With My Website?

I'm Looking For This Website.. Please Help!?!

A long time ago I found this roleplaying website that looked awesome. The website was set up like a town, and their would be weekly events that the website makers would post, people would then blog themselves acting out scenes involving the events. But you didn't have to follow the events posted, you could make up your own story line. I really want to find this website, years later! I love to roleplay, but I think making rp blogs would be so much fun. Especially when you can watch other people, and see how they did their story line. But... I CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME OF THE WEBSITE FOR THE LIFE OF ME! D; I'm pretty sure the website was named after the town, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help me? Or at least recommend a website similar to what I explained? I don't want to just type out stories, I want to make blogs, and I want to be involved with a community. Does this question make sense? Sorry if it doesn't. :( PLEASE HELP ME!!! Thank You in advance. SORRY IF THIS IS THE WRONG CATEGORY...!
