This process will be carried out again and again, until materials are crushed into required size and discharged from the outlet. Material size and shape can be changed by adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and rotators frame. Spring guarantee device is equipped on the back of the impact plate, while the non-crushed materials entering into the crushing chamber, the impact frame will go backward, and be discharged from the machine.
