What are the rules for Magic Legacy tournaments

    Decks can be composed of cards from any edition or expansion of Magic which use the normal card back. Unglued cards with a silver border are disallowed. New card sets become effective on the day of their introduction. Other Restrictions Minimum of 60 cards in a deck. There is no maximum size. Optional 'sideboard'. If you have one, it must be exactly 15 cards. No more than 4 of any card which is not a basic land can be in the combination of deck and sideboard.
