What is the job responsibility of sales executive in sales and marketing industry?

Should I go for an HR or a marketing/sales job?

  • I'm seeking for an HR job, I have experience of 1 yr in manufacturing industry, I jumped bck to education n pursuing MBA (HR) 3RD SEM, Can anyone recommend me to decide whether I should go with HR OR MARKETING/SALES JOB?

    Well, in beginning it will be little tough to get the HR job you are looking for but not impossible. If you will be going for an interview for an HR job and you are showing your previous experience of working in a manufacturing company, they will definitely ask you the reason of change in industry. Moreover, you'll be a fresher for an HR role. You should be ready with a good and proper explanation about your change in job and interest (from marketing/sales to HR). I would suggest you first try for campus placement (if your college/university does that) otherwise start with small companies and a little reference will definitely be a great help.

Going by your education,  i think you should go for job in HR.It's a bit difficult to get job in HR as compared to marketing but i recommend to search for a  job in HR field,it has got a good scope.
