crunches I feel ya. Same thing happend to me.......CRUNCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dude,they work like magic. All you have to do is stick your feet under a dresser,bend your kness, and try to sit up without straining. I did the same thing and in just 50 sit ups, i was rock hard!Oh, and try to add some cardio!GOOD LUCK!
