Summer Internships : What is the best software company to intern at in India?

  • My primary concern is the probability of converting the internship to a full time job. What are the best companies in India in this aspect ? What about other aspects like environment, learning, perks etc? What is the average stipend in internships like this? Google/Amazon Bangalore, Flipkart, Microsoft etc.

They did say initially that the internship conversion factor is 1 in 3. My personal opinion is that it is considerably higher than that.I am not sure if PayPal has off-campus internship interviews. Depends on your speciality and exposure, This question is very broadly projected needs a more specific area of expertise that you need to give.  Always ask yourself what is it you can do for a company like the ones you are enquiring about.  If it is all for the money check with a Placement company and quote your price, if you are skillful they will take you whatever you may cost.
