Using both the windowing method and ï¬rpm, design a FIR band-pass ï¬lter with a transition width of 5 kHz for a signal sampled at Fs = 200 kHz. Frequencies from 40 kHz to 70 kHz should have a gain of at least -0.05 dB. At the output of the ï¬lter, an unwanted signal at 80 kHz x(n) = 20cos((4Ï/5)*n) should be attenuated to have an amplitude less than 0.002. (Hint: δs = .002/20 ). Plot the frequency responses of both ï¬lters with MATLAB.

Sounds like your homework. I don't know about firpm, but using fdatool you should be able to design the window FIR filter one using the gui. Then there's an option to plot the frequency response above.
