How can I install dual operating systems on my machine?

I want to install Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and Windows 7 on my machine. I have Ubuntu 14.04 on my machine. How can I also install windows on my PC alongwith Ubuntu. or have I install windows first and ubuntu after that on my PC? Please suggest.

I'll suggest installing Ubuntu over windows. Installing windows later will screw the GRUB boot loader. Short Answer: Install Windows and leave a partition free for Ubuntu. Windows acts as if it is the only operating system available out there. So it doesn't include Ubuntu or any other Operating systems on the boot menu. My advice is to install Windows first and then install Ubuntu. Or if it happens that you installed Ubuntu first, go ahead and install Ubuntu in a separate partition. Then boot using a live CD and install GRUB. It'll fix that. I generally use Puppy Linux live Cd to write GRUB in such cases.
