What's the best way (product) to clean a MacBook Pro, iPhone or iPad glossy screen?

Use a microfiber cloth (or any non-abrasive, lint free cloth). For stubborn gunk, dampen the cloth with water. Use an additional cloth to dry. Clean in a circular ‘buffing’ motion to avoid streaks, and be sure not apply to much pressure - hold your other hand on the backside of the display for additional support. For the screen: I would use 90% or higher (preferably 99%) isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth. Put some on the microfiber cloth and rub it on the screen. Make sure to keep it on the screen, but since it is mostly alcohol and not water, it shouldn't damage your device. Then, wipe the screen with a different microfiber cloth to dry up the alcohol. For the keyboard: You have to be more careful with the keyboard because it can get liquid into the device a lot easier. I would do one of the two: Rub a dry microfiber cloth over the area, removing dust, this won't be too effective, but will clean it. Get a can of compressed air. Spray the air all over the keyboard, removing dust and debris. I recommend wearing a mask and having a clothed off area, because this could get messy. You have now successfully cleaned your MacBook.
