Is my acne scarring really bad?

  Because its severe. You might need to use something severe too. I dont recommend this to people unless their acne is very very bad. It is called benozyl peroxide. It works very very well especially for sever acne - it can dry out skin though. But if your acne is as described, some dryness should be worth it. However, you said your skin is sensitive. So please see a doctor before using benzoyl peroxide. He will tell you if it is too strong of a treatment and if it will dry out your skin. This is a very strong treatment. Type in on google "benzoyl peroxide severe cystic acne treatment" and some products should come up. Before buying ANYTHING, READ THE REVIEWS!!! Make sure that it is strong enough for you. Also, I hope you know these things already. Im going to tell you them anyway: 1. Wash your face twice a day with flannels! Not your hands. Always wash very very gently. Never scrub or use exfoliating products 2. Use an acne moisturiser after washing. (You may want to use a toner in between washing and moisturising. This helps get rid of excess dirt. Use it very very gently with cotton wool) 3. Never pick or pop spots - this will cause scarring!!! 4. Never touch your face 5. Drink lots and lots of water. Drink it with meals. That way, you wont forget 6. DONT wear makeup. It causes more spots 7. Never apply anything else to your face other than your wash, toner, moisturiser and treatment (this would be benzoyl peroxide or whatever you decide to use)
