How Can i Download an attachment with IDM ?

I want to download a 2.5gig video from my yahoo email ! i wanna download it with Internet Download Manager ! but when i click to DOWNLOAd there is no option. Only download with browser

Answer:
Check the video file type. Go to internet download manager go to download menu option and finally file type and check there for the file type if it is not in the list just add. after you can download it from internet download manager.
