I usually use PDFCreator: http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator It comes with PDF Architect, but you won't need it for your purposes...you just want the PDF printer driver that it provides. With that you'll just need to use whatever program you're using to view the images, and 'print' it to the PDF printer (PDFCreator) which gets installed when you install the program. The printing process will create the PDF file.
