I work for the Oracle SOA domain. What are the good companies that one can try for for a satisfying career (work should be challenging)?

I do not like the culture of Indian IT companies.Please advise.I started with Oracle and i am not sure where to head next?

Are you currently working for Oracle? Or you are working for some services company like Wipro / Infy and are doing projects using Oracle SOA? If you are already in Oracle product dev or in Consulting and you like SOA you should able to try Pega or some other thing if you got bored .. But in 2nd case .. if you are really good in Oracle SOA and you like challenges you should look in for positions in Oracle Consulting.
