How to download an apk game with 5 files on android phone?

  This is actually one file split into five. Try loading the first one in a program that can open rar or zip files it should be able to recreate the file you need. The file name will end with apk and nothing else after that. If that doesn't work it may be a file that has been split without compression. I don't know of an android program that recombines them but if you can transfer the files to a windows PC a program called hsplit can reassemble it. As for the android programs that work with rar and zip files you may have to look at a few of them to find one that works with multipart files without paying for the program. Sorry I can't think of one in particular at the moment. Once you get the single apk file you may need to turn on "unknown sources" in the security settings of your android device to install it since you are not getting it through the play store.
