How do chits\notes help us get brownie points in MUN(Model United Nations)? How do we go about them?

    That's true in a sense, but you should still only send notes to the dais if there's a reason to do so. Sending useless notes will waste their time and disfavour your delegation. Perhaps an example of a good note would be if you have a non-urgent POI, you could write it down instead of rising to give it orally. Especially if it's about a mistake by the Dais in procedure, they would prefer getting this in writing than being called out publicly. When you say brownie points, do you mean your delegation gets actual tangible points for certain things? Any MUN I've participated in hasn't used a system like that, but it's still good to be "in favour" with the Dais so that your delegation gets called on more often when it counts, such as when calling for motions or debates. This is the National MUN system that I'm familiar with. If in your system there are actual points that you get, then my information might be of less help.
