How do you mimic someone's voice?

If someones talking voice is of similar pitch to someones talking voice who has a 4 octive vocal range...?

• Does that mean that the person could have a four octive vocal range also? Or does it mean that they may be able to train their singing voice to span a four octive vocal range?

  We hardly ever converse using the total range our larynx is capable of, unless we get a fright [scream high notes]. But the ability to use them is always there. Therefore when we sing we make use of them more easily which helps with emotion and expression. If you walk a lot does it mean you can't run? No the ability is always there, we just don't use those abilities all the time you asked a great question so you must be a thinker!!!! We can however train to ensure the total range of voice is strong and safely executed which may even extend your range a little.
