    The eye doctor that has an office at walmart has all the same equipment as any other eye doctor. Do not guess letters. If you have to guess, let the doctor know that you cant make them out and are going to give your best guess. Don't want to skew your results. There should also be a part of the exam, looking at the chart, the doctor will ask you the smallest row that you can see clearly. Just be honest so you get the right prescription.

Hi Ashley, The doctors at most Wal-Marts often work at other stores as well, it is very common. So the same doctor at your nearby Wal-Mart may very well also work at Lenscrafters. The equipment should be the same as well. When your getting your eyes examined don't try and squint or strain to see letters, if they are blurry don't hesitate to tell the doctor that you can't see them very well. And of course don't make guesses. It is much more important that you get the correct prescription so your glasses will be the most benefit to your eyes. If your glasses are too weak your glasses won't be near as good as they should be and you will be needing new ones even sooner.
