Um...are you trying to find out ways that, hypothetically, somebody could wind up blind in one eye (without being dead)? maybe accidents involving BB gun, nail gun, roofing stapler, pounding in cement nails*, chemical splash/accident, various eye diseases, possibly a stroke, maybe the eye got pecked out by a crazed bird, sometimes, when fishing, the fish hook gets snagged on something and they pull and the line finally comes loose and the little lead sinker comes zinging back & nails somebody right in the eye*, etc, etc. *I know of people who lost eyes by these accidents.
