Nope you didn't get the job yet. They just want to show you what you will be doing. Most package handlers either work in the evening or in the early mornings. Go and check it out and see for yourself and ask them the questions. But no you haven't got the job just yet. Also when you go in for that tour you don't need to dress up, just go casual.

Most state doesn't have any laws restricted how many hours per week an adult can work. All an employer has to pay you is your state's minimum wage plus time-and-a-half for overtime. That is it.
