  Maybe not for the job itself but always for the interview. It doesn't matter how casually the interviewer is dressed, they already have a job, you don't. That means dressing well. At the very least, you should wear a blouse or at least a top that has some buttons down the front (even a button down henley), long flare bottom dress pants that brush the floor and a pair of ballet flats. That is universally acceptable in most situations
