    I sold cars for about 3 years. I agree with wizjp: if you like people & enjoy talking to them then you can sell cars. my best months I was pulling in $10k & $12k a month. my worst months I was lucky if I made the company draw I was paid. it has a high burn out rate. some people were gone after a couple of months, I was gone after 3 years.

Car sales is a tough gig. Money may be better if you like cars, people and can talk a good game. YOu also may be out of work in 6 months. But as a temp employee, you have little to lose.
