Following up on a resume?

How can I write a good resume for the following places or in general?

• I'm trying to get a job at the following stores gamestop, hot topic, Spencer's gifts, target, Walmart, kohls, PAC sun, zumiez, tillys & big lots

  Try not to impress too much your employer with good resume, there are available bio-data forms that you can buy in some bookstores and write down your qualification there, it is the interview that you should pass not giving out impressive resume that count most. They have to see how good is your communication skills because you are dealing with customers most of the time, if you cannot talk diligently or have no communication skills why do you think the company will hire you?
