How do I have a great interview and LAND the job?

How should a person that is already employed interview for a new job interview in a way that will possibly land them a job?

  First of all, be respectful of your current employer. If you can schedule an interview after hours, great. Study all the qualifications they want in the new position. Research the company. See what is important to them. See how you would be the absolute best person for the job. Think of all the good work traits and skills you possess that they would love. With all these things in mind, also jot down good questions you want to ask them - do ask questions. Now you will be prepared to do a great interview. You will be able to convince them that you learn quickly and are flexible. Stay positive and do not say anything negative about your current employer.
