What is the best medical career to follow?

I know what I want to do in life but I don't know what career path to follow?

    My point of explaining all this. I know that i want to go into animation of sorts. I want to be the one who makes the idea for the video and directs it. But would that be a director? And not an animator? Is there a career that lets you do all 4? Direct the video, make the music, edit the video, animate it? I guess theres YouTube but I don't necessarily have a team of people on the spot ready to help me make a youtube video for my own channel. It is something I will be starting this year, YouTube, but I want to follow a career path and find the job of my dreams. Then if YouTube turns in to something for me, then that could become a career in a way.
