What do you write for employment history on a job application when you don't have any employment history?

Employment history can also be odd jobs you've done for someone or any volunteer experiences. Or you just write N/A and attach a separate letter introducing yourself and explaining what life experiences you've had that make you highly qualified for the job in spite of your lack of formal employment. Include several glowing references from others like a teacher, counselor, or some other adult professional. Don't use family or friends because the employer may feel the references are biased in your family because these are people who love you. Also, include a resume and be sure to highlight any clubs you belong to or academic achievements or any other honors you may have received.
