Is there a law requiring MLM companies to keep records of retail sales?

For Herbalife you are required to retain your records for two years. You can consult Distributor Services at 866-866-4744 option 4 and they will answer any questions you may have in the future.

The law is not specific to MLM companies. The need to keep their sales receipts for at least 3 years I believe but it may actually be longer. At the dairy I worked we kept the records for 10 years.
