What's a good job for somebody with no experience?

    This must not be a legit business that hired you. No real pharmaceutical company will hire someone without a degree or years of experience selling pharmaceuticals. You are selling some type of topical cream (not a drug), so you are free to sell it any way you can...online, flea market, home parties, whatever, but no doctor is going to take the time to see you so you can forget that.

If you work for a legitimate pharma drug company, they will train you to sell, the way they want you to sell and on how to present the product to doctors. Most pharma companies have extensive training programs where you go to a location, train for 10 hours a day for 2 weeks, get tested on the material every day and if you don't pass they fire you and send you home. If the first 2 statements are not true or the drug you are selling is not FDA approved, then you are screwed. Take it to the flea market and sell it out of your trunk.
