If you need references for your resume is it ok to use your father if you previously worked for his company orwill employers see his opinion as biased?

If you have different surnames, just go for it. If not, then you'd be better served by naming a different person at your father's company who would speak well of you. Were you directly accountable to your father or did you have a line manager you could cite instead?
