That link didn't show me anything. But anyway, from what it sounds like, you could probably use xpadder. I'm guessing you got the thing I have, where I can plug in ps or xbox controllers and use them on my PC. Or different consoles they aren't made for. And xpadder lets you set which buttons control what. For ex: triangle can toggle the scroll button. Square can toggle the R key. You can pick what they toggle.
