How do I set up my pc controller?

Dark souls 2 pc wants me to use a controller, how can i set it to keyboard?

• I am playing dark souls 2, and whenever i want to do something, it comes up with an xbox controller button, like a, x, y, or b. Can anyone tell me how to change it to keyboard?

  I would start by looking around the options/setting menus for service regarding this. If you can't find anything, it may be due to the game's operating system originally being ported from another non-pc console. (ie. torrented game.) In that case, i would advise either purchasing legitimately or browsing for the PC edition. Hopefully though, it's just a case of finding the directory for controls. Hope this helps! :)
