What's the best PC I can get for $1000 that can make games and play most games?

Making games all depend on software, but I would suggest you then get a desktop with at least 16gb of ram, an intel i7 processor and a dedicated graphic card with at least 2gb of video memory. Check out newegg, you can get some pretty good deals there. That's where my brother go his desktop at and it was only $750. He uses it to play all his steam games and for his gaming design class. It's an Asus.
