Can you plug a Hdmi cord into monitor and TV while monitor is hooked up to pc tower?

Can I run both screens this way? I needed a Hdmi female to male converter or just converter but A: those don't work/exist and B: converters are way to expensive. I'll have to ...show more

you can but you'd require a splitter which is expensive in itself as to comply with HDCP it needs to be more than a dumb splitter however if your PC has two outputs you could connect both simultaneously and have the PC duplicate the outputs this would be the best solution for you !
