How do i get into my xbox live account to cancel my auto renewal with an email that doesnt work?

phone them and get them to cancel it at there end all you need to do is answer some security questions and they should be able to do it for you straight away

A) Call them and explain the situation. They will probably have you verify something and use a different email. A2) If they say sorry, your SOL, then threaten them you will do a chargeback. B) Do the chargeback with your credit card. B2) Cancel the card if nothing else.
