How to "update" my facebook profile picture?

I know how to change my profile picture its just sometimes profile pics pop up on my news feed that say ........... UPDATED HER/HIS PROFILE PICTURE and it will be their profile ...show more

just go to your profile and just take your mouse to ur profile picture. it will show "update profile picture"... click on it.. and choose you pic and upload it.... enjoy.. :)
