How can I delete a Facebook group? I just created 3 different groups of the same name and I just need 1.

Answer:
Remove all members of your group, thereafter remove/leave yourself. Facebook ask you for deletion of your group because you are the last member of this group, then delete. there are no any option for deletion of group ( Only leave option is available)
