How can I change my Facebook 'Photos' section so it shows ALL photos I take not just photos OF me (tagged)?

You've that, but you can't see it yourself. That's the different when you look at yourself and when others look at your Photo. You can try to look as if your friend look at you, by clucking the gear icon on your Timeline, then click "View as", then put the name of your friend in the top, to see what that friend see when they go to your Timeline. But sometimes this feature is not accurate; so try use your friend's account to see your Timeline.
