Pics in the album created by FB (Timeline, Mobile Upload, Profile Picture & Cover Photo albums) can be changed to Only Me pic by pic. To the pic people tagged you & posted to your wall, go to Timeline and Tagging Settings and change everything there's to Only Me. Go to your Timeline, click More on top right at the bottom the cover photo, click Manage Section to hide any sections that can be hidden. Change the privacy setting for Likes & Friends to Only Me. At the end, if the account is still there, people can still search you. The most & probably the easiest way is for you to deactivate your account.
