    The YouTube partner program is for monetisation and publicity. If you put 'MMA' compilations up to songs that are not yours and start making money off of it. You will very likely get sued for all your revenue by whoever owns the song. Saying who the song is made by does not prevent you from getting sued, that only works if you're making absolutely ZERO profit from the video. Even then the owner can withdraw your right to publish that song at any time. Also, 1) Youtube won't even bother excepting you into the partner program unless you have 10,000+ subs and a growth rate of 9%+ per month. 2) Youtube won't consider your application unless you upload regularly 3) Becoming a YouTube partner is not as glamorous as it seems.
