Well yes you can easily SYNC contacts by signing into your Google Account, or you can just export the .csv file from your Gmail Contacts and then transfer that file to any phone using normal transfer and then click on it to load all the contacts.

The should sync automatically, or you may need to go into Settings - Accounts - select your Google account - make sure the checkbox for Contacts is checked.
