Google spam engineer Matt Cutts confirmed the panda update 4.0 at 20th May.i am confuse about the panda update and payday loan algorithm. both are same? share your thoughts .

Payday Loan - This Algo is created for penalize the site's that doing spamming queries for payday loan sites(spammy queries” such as [payday loan], pornographic and other heavily spammed queries.)
