Hi, I think you should first ask yourself if you want to spend some money on your blog or if you want to blog for completely free. It looks more professional if you have your own domain name and website hosting. You can then use Wordpress as your platform but it takes a while to learn. I'm not so much a fan of free platforms since you have little control. They can change whatever they want whenever they want and there are mostly annoying ads on them. I have personally used wordpress on my blog with my own domain and hosting but it takes quite a bit of time to learn. Currently I use a platform that only costs $25 per month that includes hosting, and allows me to set up as many blogs as I want. It is also setup instantly once you paid for it and you can start blogging immediately.

Over the internet there are various free blogging resources, some famous free blogs are blogspot.com, wordpress.com, webs.com, webnode.com, weebly.com etc.

Teen blog = tumblr.com! Quick and easy. Should you decide to go a step further later on, blogger and wordpress both allow you to import your tumblr blog, so it's a no brainer choice.

You can use Blogspot.com, jimdo.com. blog.com, weebly.com, tumblr.com, wordpress.com etc blog submission websites. These sites are good and you can create webpages according to different themes.

Blogger (by Google) allows text, video and pics. I use it and I find it very easy to use and adapt to my needs.

The best way to do it is to make a text blog on www.tumblr.com you can add photos in as well and you can give other people your web address so that they can check out what you're up to, or you can make a private account if you prefer :)
