I keep losing my internet connection. I bought an HP touchscreen laptop 2 or 3 months ago. We have ATT internet. The modem is working perfectly fine.Although it's been rebooted ...show more

My mom had the same problem. She has a laptop. connect your modem with a wire ( cable ) to the laptop. It shouldn't lose the connection anymore. If it still does lose the connection its probably something with your laptop.
