Why doesn't the internet work on my phone?

    Are you putting in the router numbers from your Virgin router as it's a straight forward easily fixed problem,enter your router numbers to comply with a Wi-Fi connection if your on 02 you get a free page with free advisor box live feed help much like Vodaphone aswell they will send a packet data text to enter a link to help you out restart your iphone with your new connection. If it does not want to connect to the net via router take it back to the shop you got it from as it's iphone problem + packet data you need to simply browse at home...good luck

huh. of course call Virgin. I have to call em every month to get em to restore the 1500 mins they erase every time I re-up my minutes. then I tell em I want 200 or so mins as a courtesy and they add em. V is a hugely incompetent co.
