Age is irrelevent as a motheer can be a good mother whether she is 16, 26, 36. Health and safety ~ Pronone for the mother placing her baby for adoption unless she is proving to e a bad mother, cons mother doesn't proof she can be a good mother, that her homw is safe and she makes sure her child gets medical treatment when needed, child loses his / her mother / parents. Social and Relationships - pro is mother doesn't have to worry about getting a babysitter when she goes out or get in the way of other relationships, cons - she isn't putting her baby first, she can still have a social life, have relationships and still be a good mother. Psychological - pros none, cons - she may regret surrendering, might realize that coercive tactics may have been used such as family and friends saying it's the lovinf, selfless option, adoption agency use coercive tactios such as promise of open adoption, selfless. loving. Open adoption can be closed, the child may never be told he or she is adopted. Mother could suffer with depression due to placingand this really happens. Impact on others/responsibilities - Pros - none, cons family missing out on the child, father not being given a chance to prove he can be a good father, child missing out on their natural family. Resources - pros - none, cons - mother not being told about resources that can help her keep her baby, she misses out on support from other mothers. Alignment to internal influencers - not sure what you mean about that. Laws/authority/criminality - pro - if the mother breaks the law the child doesn't suffer, con - mother doesn't get the legal information she needs to help her keep her baby.

There is no black and white area in this. Each situation is different, each mother and each child and each family. It is not a simple let's make a list. Some women, no matter what age they are, are in a situation where they can keep and raise the child in a loving home and provide everything that child needs, especially if they have full family support. Other women, again no matter what age they are, are in a situation that is just the opposite. They may not have a job, or have been unable to find one, been living on the streets, raped, and not have any family to help them. Yes, there are resources out there to help these women, but many feel that the child would be better off in a home where someone can properly care and raise the child, they don't feel that they can. Every woman is different and so is every situation.

There are no pros to relinquishing a baby. It's a never ending hell.
