You could try ebay, discount skatewear, kinzies closet, tide water ice has pretty dresses for low prices but they arent very good quality, icings originals is pretty good too. like K said, if you can sew it is pretty cheap and easy to make a dress if you have a pattern. Good Luck!

Well, that depends on your definition of "nice". If you mean full-on crystals and glitter and great design, it's not going to happen except MAYBE second-hand. The ebay ones can be hit and miss with the quality. I have heard the stories of the skirt colour not matching the bodice when it was meant to, and one girl who put on her perfectly-fitting dress - only to have the material rip to shreds when she bent over. There are others. You could make your own for under $100, if you were okay with a sewing machine.
