Learn proper running form and try to eat some carbs 45+ min before you run. You can't really reduce your PB time by 2-3 minutes in just one night. Running takes consistent training and there aren't any tips or secrets that will make you a automatic endurance runner. However these are some tips that will try to keep your body from fatiguing so easily.
