They could be, but be aware hey are paying others because their account and IP address have been banned by Craigslist for excessive posting, this could happen to you to in less than a month. Normally posting only 1 ad a day is the safe conservative limit. Often they know your account will not last long enough to earn that $200. Try to meet at their office, try to arrange frequent payments at first, to minimuze losses if no payments come.
