How to get rid of hyperpigmentation around the mouth?

  • I have a lot of hyperpigmentation from acne scaring around my chin and my upper lip. Is there any products or remedies that I could use to get rid of them? Thanks!

I've been looking at this guy called Mukunda M on Yahoo answers and he recommends that to get rid of scars and hyperpigmentation, one should massage their face vigorously with oil for 30 minutes. I've been doing this for the past few days with Olive oil and I've seen quite some improvement. I'm just stuck on what to do after I finish massaging because I can't find any details about this. There's a lot dead skin and black head pus sitting on my skin that's been loosened up from the massage, which is all gone when I wash it, so I know that to finish up, there's definitely washing involved to get that stuff of your face.
